We review financials and operations to understand the company’s strengths, opportunities, and goals. We take the time to learn your business and are prepared to work with whatever information is available.
Letter of Intent
(1-2 weeks)
We share a simple proposal that outlines structure, timing, and key considerations. If both sides are aligned, we sign a non-binding letter of intent together and move forward into diligence.
Due Diligence
(2-8 weeks)
We meet with owners to learn about the business, share our approach, and confirm alignment.
Closing & Transition
We work with you to complete the transaction and ensure your legacy is carried forward, while supporting a smooth transition for employees, customers, and partners.
