Founder
Yima is from Dallas and began his career in investment banking at UBS before moving into private equity, where he worked for Gryphon Investors in San Francisco and The Riverside Company in New York. At both firms, he focused on acquiring and growing small to medium-sized businesses with less than $10mm of EBITDA.

During this time, Yima developed a focus on facility maintenance businesses, including commercial kitchen services, generator services, and other essential providers, partnering with management teams to strengthen operations, invest in people, and pursue organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
Today, he is committed to building partnerships with owners in the backup power sector, honoring their legacy while providing the resources and support needed for the next stage of growth.
